On a hilltop farm in Stannard Vermont the Reynolds family has been producing maple syrup for over 30 years.
Each spring, sap is collected from sustainably managed woods of sugar maple trees (Acer saccharum) and boiled for hours over a wood-fire to producer our naturally delicious maple syrup. We also produce organic grass-fed beef and organic hay.
From our carefully managed sugarwoods to our wind power, from our wood-fired maple syrup to our family labor, we are committed to being a sustainable family farm.
